It’s not ‘21st century skills’, per se. It’s not what century we’re in. It’s the new economy, the new rules, the new imperatives.

Personally, I favor the term ‘postnormal’, as in ‘postnormal skills’, lifted from various sources like Montuori’s Beyond postnormal times: The future of creativity and the creativity of the future (who cites Sandar’s Welcome to Postnormal times).
