Actually, I think ‘responsive’ is only marginally better than agile. They share the negative characteristic of picking a single characteristic as definitive. And at least people are familiar with the premise of an agile organization.
No: it’s better to stick with ‘new’, as in ‘XYZ corp is trying to be a new business’.
